Very nice, and a pleasant diversion from typical lunch fare at Red Rock. Perhaps just a cultural thing, and I am a slow diner. Service was quick, and maybe a bit rushed, even though it was still early, and 8Noodle was not even 1/4 full. This turned out to be a good choice, as the fried rice was very good, and the shrimp surprisingly tasty - almost tasted fresh - well-done! The Sake was a perfect accompaniment to the Rice Bowl. My choice of meal was Vegetable Fried Rice w/ shrimp: egg, pea, carrot, onion, scallion. With decisions made, I switched over to Sake, and got a tumbler of the Gekkeikan Black & Gold, Junmai. I started with Kung Fu Girl, Walla Walla, Washington State Riesling, while looking over the menu. is off of the lobby, by a few steps, and is bright, and open, with a nice small bar, and then regular seating. We were at Red Rock Casino & Resort, for business meetings in June, and while exploring the dining options on the property, I came upon 8Noodle, which looked ideal for a quick lunch.
